Construtora Sao Bento has been in the market since January 1982. The 185 contracts fulfilled up to 2008 in Brazil and abroad, with technical excellence and high quality finishing for a total area of 173,000m² are the company's visiting card.

   With a highly experienced technical staff and appropriate control methods for the development of their building projects, they reached the 173,000m² mark for services duly approved by its customers and distributed as follows by operational area:

   Construction of buildings, homes and total restoration of houses and apartments: 80 projects completed and/or in progress, with a total area of 65,000m²;

   Construction of commercial and industrial installations: 87 works completed and/or in progress, with a total area of 52,000m²;

   Management, consultancy and international projects: 10 projects completed and/or in progress, with a total area of 56,000m².
